Easier than it appears to be:
... Hang the edge of the plate onto the point of the stick, swing the stick around in a circle and it wont be long before the plastic plate turns around all by itself. Has an indentation in the middle. Including wood stick. Colour according to stock (blue, red, yellow, green).
